Zana Fares-Choueiri
VP Construction
Zana represents a new, modern wave of youth in the industry. In a field that has seen male domination for many years, Zana is quickly changing these trends on a daily bases with her quick, elegant, and hungry for perfection personality. Zana brings a great deal of technical knowledge to WM Fares Group, as well as patience and organization skills. If it’s not efficiently perfect, then it is not good enough for Zana, which in turn, has made Zana a well-respected face amongst engineers, architects, lawyers and contractors around HRM.
Cesar Saleh
VP Planning & Design
Upon graduation, Cesar joined W. M. Fares Group as a junior engineer; he grew with the company helping bring it to the level of success that it enjoys today, and currently heads Planning and Design, one of the company’s main divisions. Cesar is highly experienced in all facets of land development. His planning and management skills; expertise in policy, land use bylaws, codes and regulations; in addition to his conflict resolution and negotiation skills, and ability to see the "bigger picture”, are put to the test day in and day out. He has taken the lead on high profile and complex projects such as The Trillium, Icon Bay, and Rockingham South, helping his clients realize the potential of their assets.
Cesar takes great pride in his work ethics. His honesty, transparency, and professionalism is something that his clients quickly relate to.
Rhonda Ritcey
VP Administration
Rhonda Ritcey is the V.P. of Administration at WM Fares Group and is responsible for ensuring that the office and day to day operations run efficiently.
Rhonda joined WM Fares Group in 1996, and is a graduate of the Nova Scotia Community College with a concentration in Accounting. Rhonda’s goal with WM Fares Group is to ensure that the office runs smoothly and all staff issues are addressed, as well as contribute in any way she can to the continued success of WM Fares Group.
Sameh S. Mishreky
Director of Finance
With over 25 years of experience spanning finance, operations, business development, startups, and project management, Sameh brings strategic insight and hands-on expertise to his role as Chief Executive of Finance at WM Fares Group.
He has led financial operations across diverse sectors—including real estate, telecommunications, retail, and manufacturing—earning a strong reputation for disciplined financial management and results-driven leadership. His expertise in financial policy, internal controls, and corporate governance has consistently strengthened organizational foundations.
A driver of innovation and efficiency, Sameh has successfully digitized core financial processes, streamlined operations, and improved transparency. He excels in budgeting, cost control, business planning, and strategic problem-solving. His leadership has contributed to revenue growth, profitability, and structural improvements in both startups and established enterprises.
At WM Fares Group, Sameh plays a central role in guiding sustainable growth and smart investments, helping position the company for continued success in a competitive real estate market.
Greg Sabean
Lead Construction Manager
Greg started with Building Technology Education and entered the Architectural & Engineering field working with the largest Firms in Halifax. His work allowed him to enjoy working with very talented Architects and Engineers and enjoyed a four-year tenure in Bermuda. After over 19 years in this field, Greg made the next logical step into Construction.
For the past 22 years, Greg has worked with several of the largest Civil and General Contractors in HRM as well as with a few prominent Developers. Projects that he has been lead Construction Manager and upper Management Team represent nearly $500 Million in completed Value.
Greg is passionate about his work, his Team and colleagues and this is evident in all representative Projects as well as the Professional community. A self-made Artist continues to bring attention to Detail in all aspects of work as he coaches others to reach their potential and deliver quality Projects.
Greg has found a Home and Family at the WM Fares Group and looks forward to progress with the Team to continue to build their Portfolio. The future looks very bright.
Rimon Soliman
Principal Architect
Born in Alexandria, Egypt, Rimon Soliman is an accomplished architect known for his design excellence, urban planning, and project leadership expertise. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the AAST School of Architecture in 2008 and began his career in historic property restoration before immigrating to Nova Scotia, Canada, in 2011. He became a member of the NSAA and spent five years at MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects, refining his approach to contemporary design. Since joining WM Fares Architects in 2016, Rimon has played a pivotal role in shaping Halifax’s urban landscape, bringing a modern, distinctive aesthetic to the city. His work enhances the built environment while contributing to a more vibrant and forward-thinking urban fabric. With a passion for design innovation and emerging technologies, Rimon continues to push boundaries, setting new standards in urban design and project execution.
