Property Manager

Philippe Arab joined WM Fares Group in 1993 as a Property Manager.  He is responsible for the day to day management of an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial properties.  Phil's strong operations background and experience with capital projects allows him to carry out his responsibilities for all building operations of the company's assets including property maintenance, service contracts and client care. Phil currently sits on the Board of Directors for I.P.O.A.N.S.
