Converting an existing building into a new facility can present numerous challenges that must be carefully planned for. WM Fares Group converted an existing office complex in downtown Halifax into the award winning Radisson Suites Hotel. We served as the architects, engineers and project managers on this unique job that included completely redesigning and redeveloping the space to include guest suites, meeting and banquet facilities, a fitness centre and two restaurants. The existing concrete slab that the building sat on was also cut into to add a swimming pool to the lower level of the hotel.
