The Mount Royale Subdivision project created a vibrant new community within the heart of an established community in one of the fastest growing areas in Nova Scotia. Designed to appeal to many different lifestyles, Mount Royale offers numerous housing options including 100 single-family dwellings, 20 semi-detached homes, 10 multi-unit residential buildings and 69 townhouses. The plan also featured a neighborhood commercial plaza, a church and three parks. These mixed uses were strategically designed to offer residents optimum privacy, convenience and comfort with easy access to everything the city has to offer. The resulting community met the needs and aspirations of our client and the expectations of the city managers and the local community.
